Refund Policy:  A Full Refund less $50 administration fee will be made for any reason up until the first posting of the schedules. 

Rain-out Policy:  Rain-out insurance is available during the application process.  If rain-out insurance is purchased then the applicant will receive a full refund less insurance cost.  If no insurance is purchased then the applicant will receive $100 plus a $100 credit towards the following year’s event.  Insurance is $25 for U9-U11 and $30 for U12-U16.
