Team registration will be held on Friday, July 31st from 5:30 - 8:30pm at the Warwick Township Administration building on Meyer Way. Directions and forms are listed to the left of the page.

Paper Work needed for registration:
- Copy of a valid stamped roster from your state ogranization. Guest players can be written in on your copy.
- Player passes or birth certificates will be accepted. If you do not have your 2009/2010 player passes 2008/2009 will be accepted.
- Medical release forms for all players. A copy of the EPYSA medical release is on the left of the page.
